Foam that stays where you put it

Spraying a diluted cleaner at a vertical surface achieves very little — most of it runs to the drain before the chemistry has time to act. The DEMA 294C converts your detergent concentrate into a dry, clinging foam that holds contact time exactly where you need it.

It runs on nothing more than mains water and compressed air. No pumps, no pressure tanks, no wiring, no pre-mixing. Detergent is drawn straight from the drum through a weighted foot strainer, metered, blended with air and delivered ready to apply. Foam is generated instantly, from the moment you open the outlet valve.

Two independent adjustments

Most foamers give you one lever. The 294C gives you two, and they do different jobs.

Dilution rate is set with the recessed metering screw in the square knob. Turning it anticlockwise increases detergent draw — up to 27 oz/gal (approximately 211 mL/L) for a water-thin concentrate, down to 9 oz/gal (approximately 70 mL/L) for a heavy 500 cps product.

Foam dryness is set at the air regulator, fitted as standard with a dual-scale bar/psi gauge. Raise air pressure in 5 psi increments for a drier, longer-clinging foam; drop it back for a wetter, faster-rinsing foam.

Because the two adjustments are independent, you can dial in the right chemistry and the right foam texture without one compromising the other.

Where it earns its keep

• Transport and vehicle wash — truck and trailer bodies, bus fleets, plant and machinery. Foam holds on the panel through the dwell period instead of sheeting off.
• Agriculture and dairy — milking parlours, plant exteriors, wash bays and livestock transport. Draws from any container size, so a 20 L drum simply sits on the floor.
• Food and beverage processing — walls, tank exteriors, conveyor frames and wash-down floors. Foam gives visual coverage confirmation, which makes operator technique far easier to verify.
