Description
One wall station. Foam, spray and rinse — without swapping a single fitting.
The DEMA 693T Foam Station 2 is a wall-mounted compressed air foaming system built for facilities that need more than foam alone. Three ball valves let the operator select a foaming chemical, a separate spray chemical such as a sanitiser, or a clear water rinse — all from the one unit, all through the one hose. Compressed air is injected into the chemical stream to produce thick, clinging foam that holds to vertical surfaces and equipment, giving the chemistry the contact time it needs to break down soil before rinse-down.
Where the DEMA 910 and 925 mobile foamers are built to travel, the 693T is built to stay put and get used every shift. A PVC foamer body resists aggressive chemicals and hard water, a stainless steel mounting plate holds the unit square on the wall, and the slip-together PVC manifold means field maintenance can be done on site rather than sent away. The polypropylene cover keeps the installation tidy and carries a large label area so operators can identify the product and the dilution at a glance. Chemical draw is set with screw-in metering tips — the included kit covers dilutions from roughly 4:1 through to 152:1 on the foam side, so the same station suits a heavy-duty degreaser one shift and an economical general cleaner the next.
This is the complete kit configuration (SKU 693T.50.2.W.HD), supplied with the discharge hose, ball valve spray gun and PVC foam wand [CONFIRM KIT INCLUSIONS] — ready to mount, plumb and run.
Why professionals choose the DEMA 693T Foam Station 2
- Three-Valve Foam, Spray & Rinse — Select a foaming chemical, a separate spray chemical or a clear water rinse from a single wall station. One installation covers the full clean-and-sanitise cycle with no hose changes or second unit required.
- Compressed Air Foam Generation — Air injected at the foamer body produces thick, dry foam that clings to walls, ceilings, conveyors and equipment, holding chemical in contact with soil instead of running to the floor.
- Adjustable Foam Density — A locking air regulator with gauge lets operators dial foam from wet to dry to suit the surface and the chemical, then lock the setting so results stay consistent between shifts and between operators.
- Full Chemical-Resistant Construction — PVC foamer body and manifold stand up to aggressive chemistry and hard water, while the supplied PVC foam wand is rated for corrosive products including many acids.
- Field-Serviceable Design — Slip-together PVC manifold and a removable polypropylene cover give direct access to the injector, regulator and metering tips, so a blocked tip or worn check valve is a quick on-site fix rather than downtime.

Where the DEMA 693T Foam Station 2 works best
- Food Processing & Manufacturing Plants — Foam-clean production lines, walls and floors, then switch the same station to a sanitiser spray and a clear rinse without changing equipment or hoses.
- Commercial Kitchens & Food Service — A permanent wash-down point for cool rooms, prep areas and kitchen floors, keeping foam chemistry, sanitiser and rinse water under one controlled dilution setting.
- Abattoirs & Meat Processing — Chemical-resistant PVC construction handles caustic and acid wash-down cycles, with foam cling giving the contact time required for high-standard food safety programs.
- Vehicle & Equipment Wash Bays — Thick clinging foam holds detergent on vertical panels and machinery long enough to lift road film and grease before the rinse.
- Schools, Gyms & Institutional Shower Blocks — A fixed station for tiled shower and change room areas where high-frequency foam cleaning and sanitising is part of the routine.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the DEMA Foam Station 1 and Foam Station 2?
The Foam Station 1 (692T) has two ball valves — one foaming chemical and a clear rinse. The Foam Station 2 (693T) adds a third valve for a separate spray chemical, most commonly a sanitiser, so the full clean-rinse-sanitise cycle runs from a single station. Prochemicals stocks the Foam Station 2.
What air and water supply does the DEMA 693T need?
A minimum of 275 kPa (40 psi) air pressure and 275 kPa (40 psi) water pressure using a 7.6 m length of 19 mm ID discharge hose. If a longer 15 m hose is fitted, water pressure needs to be at least 345 kPa (50 psi). Air consumption runs from roughly 99 to 173 L/min depending on the pressure setting. Use clean, dry air — an oiled airline will degrade foam quality. Contact the Prochemicals team if you need help confirming your site supply.
How is the dilution ratio set?
Chemical draw is controlled by colour-coded metering tips that screw into the barb on the side of the unit, and a metering tip kit is supplied with the station. On the foam side, tips cover roughly 4:1 up to 152:1 for a water-viscosity product; the ratio shifts as product viscosity increases, so a thicker detergent will draw less. The Prochemicals team can help you match the right tip to your chemical and target dilution.
Can the 693T be used with acids and caustic chemicals?
Yes. The foamer body and manifold are PVC for chemical and hard water resistance, and the supplied DEMA foam wand is rated for corrosive chemicals including many acids. Always check your product’s SDS and confirm compatibility with the Prochemicals team before commissioning.
Do I need a mobile foamer instead?
If the cleaning area has no fixed water and air connection, or your team needs to move between sites, look at the DEMA 925 Mobile Compressed Air Foamer or the DEMA 5L Portable Foam Unit, which run from a pre-mixed solution. The 693T is the better choice where a permanent wash-down point can be plumbed in and the unit will be used every shift.
