Shipping Charges

All prices on this website, including the shipping charges below, are shown including GST.

Metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra

Orders over $275 including GST ($250 excluding GST) ship free. Orders under $275 including GST are charged a flat delivery fee of $25.30 including GST ($23 excluding GST).

Dangerous Goods

Many of our chemicals are classified as Dangerous Goods for transport. Where an order contains one or more Dangerous Goods items, a surcharge of $93.50 including GST ($85 excluding GST) applies. This surcharge applies to every order containing Dangerous Goods, including orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

All other locations

For deliveries outside metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra — including Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and all regional areas — freight is quoted individually. Add the items to your cart and complete your order as normal. We will contact you by phone to confirm freight before your order is dispatched. Freight is invoiced separately to the goods and the final amount may vary.

Bulk and equipment orders

Bulk chemicals supplied in IBCs or 200L drums, and DEMA dispensing and foaming equipment, are always freight-quoted by phone regardless of delivery address. This applies to metropolitan deliveries as well.

Outside Australia

Please contact us before ordering and we will quote the most economical carrier available.
